Welcome to Arlene B Englander LCSW MBA PA!
If you or a loved one is suffering with an eating disorder, depression, or anxiety, seeking help is often the hardest step. Beginning therapy is the first step in improving daily life for many people.
Ms. Arlene B. Englander is a licensed clinical psychologist and therapist in Palm Beach, FL. For over twenty years, Ms. Englander has practiced a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to serve her clients. Clients experiencing anxiety are evaluated to determine the most beneficial anxiety treatment. Working with the client, a treatment plan is developed to incorporate behavioral changes to bring about positive changes.
Client evaluation and counseling sessions often reveal the need to improve diet and exercise patterns, change thought patterns and replace old habits with new behavior that leads to an improvement in mood and general health. Finding the most advantageous anxiety therapy or other treatment plan is Ms. Englander's primary goal.
Depression can affect the elderly, adolescents and everyone in between. Working with the client to design a depression treatment plan allows the client to receive an approach that is targeted to specific age related issues. Every client is an individual that deserves treatment options designed to address his or her own challenges.
